These Terms of Service govern your use of fortmyersjunkpros.com and any services provided by Fort Myers Junk Pros.

Services

Fort Myers Junk Pros provides junk removal, hauling, and related services in Lee and Collier counties, Florida. All services are subject to a free on-site estimate and written quote prior to commencement. Service pricing is quoted per job based on volume, weight, item type, and access. We reserve the right to decline any job at our discretion.

Quotes and Payment

All quotes are provided in writing after an on-site walkthrough and are valid for 7 days. Actual charges may differ from a written quote only if the scope of work materially changes from what was assessed (e.g., additional items not present at the walkthrough). Any changes to scope will be communicated and approved in writing before additional work begins.

Hazardous Materials

Fort Myers Junk Pros does not haul hazardous materials including but not limited to: liquid paint, motor oil, chemical solvents, pesticides, propane tanks, oxygen tanks, asbestos-containing materials, or tires. If hazardous materials are discovered during a job that were not disclosed at the walkthrough, we will halt removal of those items and advise on proper disposal. Non-hazardous items in the same job will be completed as quoted.

Liability

Fort Myers Junk Pros carries general liability insurance. Claims for property damage alleged to have occurred during a job must be reported within 24 hours of job completion. We are not liable for damage to items that were fragile, improperly stored, or in deteriorated condition prior to the job. Our liability is limited to the cost of the job for which the claim arises.

Cancellation

Jobs may be cancelled without charge with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled service time. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip charge to cover crew and vehicle costs already incurred.
